SAMPLE PROJECTS

With a focus on regenerative economic initiatives and intelligent urbanism principles, we work towards both short-term outputs to build credibility and longer-term social and economic outcomes that influence change. The three key elements of our property platform are: the sourcing and channelling of impact funding, the co-designing of social and economic projects with key public stakeholders, and the coordination of program delivery targeted at both social and economic groups. All of these elements come together in our projects to enable the impact and change we collectively strive for.

ENDEAVOUR HOUSE

A much-loved project no longer in our portfolio - this was developed to be a thriving centre for social change organisations in Canberra, looking to amplify their voice to power. Now under new ownership, we feel privileged to have given this building a new lease of life and to have walked alongside the community of social change agents.
